SEMESTER IN CHENGDU || THE DETAILS

Our Chinese language semester in Chengdu is unlike any university course you will attend because we keep our classes super small.

You won’t be sat in a lecture hall with 20 other people. All our classes include anything from three to six students.

This ensures personalised attention from your teacher and gives you the chance to practice speaking Mandarin as much as possible.

You will study from Monday to Friday, four hours each day, totalling 20 hours a week. Couple this by living with a local Chinese family, and you’ve got the perfect platform to make huge progress.

Our semester in Chengdu runs twice a year. The dates are fixed meaning you have a clear structure from start to finish.

All tuition fees, textbooks and learning materials are included in the final price. We will welcome you with open arms and make you feel like a part of the family from the get-go.

FREE GYM FOR ALL STUDENTS

LTL Chengdu students all benefit from a free gymnasium on the 6th floor of the building. There is also a pool table and table tennis for our students to use as they please.

The 6th floor also includes a beautifully modern coffee shop where LTL students can study and relax together.

LTL Chengdu is located on the 9th floor. There are plenty of other places to discover inside the building including restaurants, libraries and quiet study areas.

ACCOMMODATION

For students wishing to push their Mandarin even further, we also offer homestay experiences allowing you to live with a Chinese family in Chengdu.

This will provide you with an authentic cultural environment. Interacting with a local family in Chengdu gives you a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of the local customs and language.
